- 1 (15.5oz) can Mrs. GrimesĀ® Dark Red Kidney Beans (drained, rinsed)
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons plain fat-free or low-fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions
In food processor or blender container, combine all ingredients. Cover; process 30 seconds or until well-blended, stopping and scraping sides if necessary. Spoon into serving bowl.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with raw vegetable dippers or baked tortilla chips.
You can serve this dip warm. Spoon it into a microwavable bowl and microwave on High 30 to 60 seconds.
