1 tablespoon sesame seed
1 teaspoon caraway seed
1 teaspoon poppy seed
1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1 (15oz) can Mrs. Grimes® Navy Beans or Mrs. Grimes® Great Northern Beans (drained, rinsed)
1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
In small dry skillet, toast sesame seed and caraway seed over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until sesame seed is light golden brown and fragrant, stirring and shaking frequently. Remove to small bowl. Mix in poppy seed, onion flakes and minced garlic; set aside.
Place beans in food processor. Cover; process 30 seconds or until almost smooth. Add cream cheese. Cover; process 30 seconds. Stop food processor and scrape sides of bowl. Cover; process 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy. Stir in all but 1/2 teaspoon of the seed mixture. Spoon into serving bowl. Sprinkle with reserved seed mixture. Serve with your favorite vegetable crudités, chips or crackers.
