Maple Baked Beans
Ingredients
- 4 slices applewood smoked bacon, chopped
- 1 medium red onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 (15.5oz) can Mrs. Grimes® Cannellini Beans (White Kidney Beans) (drained, rinsed)
- 1 (15.5oz) can Mrs. Grimes® Navy Beans (drained, rinsed)
- 1 (15.5oz) can Mrs. Grimes® Pinto Beans (drained, rinsed)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 1 & 1/2-quart baking dish with cooking spray. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet. Add onion to drippings in skillet. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in bacon and all remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into baking dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly, stirring once.
