1 pound lean ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped (1 1/2 cups)
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
1 (14.5oz) can diced tomatoes (do not drain)
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 (15oz) cans Mrs. Grimes® Navy Beans or Mrs. Grimes® Great Northern Beans (drained, rinsed)
1 (15oz) can Mrs. Grimes® Pinto Beans (drained rinsed)
1 (15oz) can Mrs. Grimes® Black Beans (drained rinsed)


Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 3-quart baking dish with cooking spray. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally. Add onion and bell pepper; cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in all ingredients except beans. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in beans. Spoon mixture into baking dish. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly, stirring twice.
