1 (15oz) can Mrs. Grimes® Black Beans, drained, rinsed
1 (15oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (14.5oz) can diced tomatoes with jalapeños, drained
1/2 cup sliced green onions (about 4 large)
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon grated lime peel
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper


In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Serve with tortilla chips.
