Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 (15oz) cans Mrs. Grimes® Navy Beans or Great Northern Beans, drained, rinsed
1/2 pound cooked ham, chopped (about 2 cups)
1 (14.5oz) can diced tomatoes
2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
1 (32oz) carton 33% less sodium fat-free chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add all remaining ingredients except salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
