Ingredients

2 mini 8-inch prebaked pizza crusts
1 (15oz) can Mrs. Grimes® Pinto Beans, rinsed, drained, and mashed
1/2 cup of your favorite pizza or pasta sauce
1/2 cup thinly sliced pepperoni
1 cup (4oz) shredded reduced fat Marble Jack cheese

Preparation:

Heat oven to 450°F. Place pizza crusts on large cookie sheet. Top each crust with half of the beans, pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted. Cut each pizza in half, then into wedges to serve.

If you are in a hurry you can microwave these pizzas for about 1 minutes each, until cheese is melted.
