Pinto Bean Pepperoni Pizza
Ingredients
- 2 mini 8-inch pre-baked pizza crusts
- 1 (15.5oz) can Mrs. Grimes® Pinto Beans (drained, rinsed, mashed)
- 1/2 cup of your favorite pizza or pasta sauce
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup (4oz) shredded reduced fat Marble Jack cheese

- 2 mini 8-inch pre-baked pizza crusts
- 1 (15.5oz) can Mrs. Grimes® Pinto Beans (drained, rinsed, mashed)
- 1/2 cup of your favorite pizza or pasta sauce
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup (4oz) shredded reduced fat Marble Jack cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 450°F. Place pizza crusts on large cookie sheet. Top each crust with half of the beans, pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted. Cut each pizza in half, then into wedges to serve.
Serving Size: about 7oz each; 1/2 pizza
