Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (30oz) can Mrs. GrimesĀ® Kidney Beans (drained, rinsed)
2 (14oz) cans diced tomatoes with roasted garlic (do not drain)
1 (14oz) can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin

Preparation:

Cook beef, onion and bell pepper in Dutch oven over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Season to taste.
