Classic Chili
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 (30oz) can Mrs. GrimesĀ® Dark Red Kidney Beans (30oz) (drained, rinsed)
- 2 (14oz) cans diced tomatoes with roasted garlic (do not drain)
- 1 (14oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin

Directions
Cook beef, onion and bell pepper in Dutch oven over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Season to taste.
