1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 small onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
2 (15.5oz) cans Mrs. Grimes® White Chili Beans (do not drain)
1 (15oz) can corn & peppers (do not drain)
1 (4oz) can diced green chilies (do not drain)


In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and onion; cook until chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; cook 10 minutes, stirring once.
