Ingredients
- (20oz) lean (93%) ground turkey
- 1 medium yellow or green bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 small onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 (15.5oz) cans Mrs. GrimesĀ® Cannellini Beans (White Kidney Beans) (drained, rinsed)
- 1 (14.5oz) can diced tomatoes with green chiles (do not drain)
- 1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (4oz) can diced green chilies (do not drain)
- 1/2 cup water

Directions
In medium nonstick Dutch oven or deep 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook turkey, bell pepper, onion, garlic, chili powder and cumin over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink, stirring to break up turkey. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring once; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
Tip: You can substitute lean ground beef for the turkey.
Serving Suggestion: Serve this chili with shredded Cheddar cheese and fresh cilantro.
