Ingredients

2 (15oz) cans Mrs. Grimes® Garbanzo Beans (chickpeas), drained, rinsed
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

Heat oven to 350°F. Line 15×10-inch baking pan with sides with parchment paper. Dry beans thoroughly with paper towels. In medium bowl, mix beans with oil. In small bowl, mix all remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over beans and toss to coat. Spread evenly in baking pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until deep golden brown and very crisp, stirring twice. Cool completely before storing in covered container.
