1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup uncooked instant brown rice
1 (15oz) can Mrs. Grimes® Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (10oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup 2% milk
1 cup (4oz) shredded low fat Cheddar cheese


Spray 3 1/2 to 4 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix chicken, paprika and salt in slow cooker. Stir in all remaining ingredients until well mixed; cover. Cook on Low heat setting 5 to 6 hours or until chicken is tender and thoroughly cooked.
