2 (15oz) cans Mrs. Grimes® Garbanzo Beans (drained, rinsed)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
2 tablespoons dry ranch dip mix (from 1oz package)
Heat oven to 400°F. Spread beans on clean dry kitchen towel. Fold towel over beans and dry them very well. Spread in 15×10-inch baking pan with sides. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of the oil over the beans; stir to coat. Bake 40 minutes or until deep golden brown and crisp, stirring occasionally. Drizzle with remaining oil and sprinkle with ranch mix. Stir to coat. Cool 5 minutes. Serve warm or cool. Store loosely covered.
