1 (15oz) can Mrs. GrimesĀ® Garbanzo Beans (drained, rinsed)
1 small shallot, coarsely chopped
2 small garlic cloves, sliced
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


In food processor, combine all ingredients. Cover; process 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth. Serve with raw vegetables or pita chips.
