Ingredients

1 (15oz) can Mrs. Grimes® Garbanzo Beans, drained, rinsed
1/3 cup reduced-sodium vegetable broth
2 large garlic cloves, sliced
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation:

Place beans, broth, garlic, 1 tablespoon of the oil, cumin, kosher salt, paprika, red pepper flakes and black pepper in food processor. Cover; process 30 seconds or until smooth. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in 6-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garbanzo puree and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly, stirring frequently. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
