Ingredients

2 (15.5oz) cans Mrs. Grimes® Garbanzo Beans (drained, rinsed)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt or sea salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup shelled roasted pistachios
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped dried apricots

Preparation:

Heat oven to 400°F. Spread beans between layers of paper or kitchen towels and pat and rub to dry thoroughly. Remove any loose skins. Spread beans on 15×10-inch baking pan with sides. Drizzle with oil; stir to coat completely. Bake 30 minutes, stirring and shaking pan once. Turn oven off; leave pan of beans in oven 45 minutes or until completely dried and crisp. Remove from oven; sprinkle with salt. Cool completely. Mix in all remaining ingredients. Store loosely covered.
