Ingredients

2 (15oz) cans Mrs. Grimes® Garbanzo Beans (drained, rinsed)
2 cups pitted dates
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk (you can use almond, rice or soy milk)
1/2 cup apple sauce
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation:

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 10-inch spring-form pan with cooking spray. In food processor, (at least 7-cup capacity) combine beans, dates and oats. Cover; pulse 10 times until finely chopped. Add all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips. Cover; process 30 to 40 seconds or until completely smooth. Pour into large bowl. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour in spring-form pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until deep golden brown and center is set when tapped with finger. Cool 15 minutes before removing sides of pan. For easier serving, cool 30 minutes before cutting.
